Meeting #2 Date: September 13, 2016

The following topics were discussed:

  • Jeff Girard provided a primer on factor analysis and gave an overview of the Fabrigar et al., 1999 article.
  • The new website (camel.forumotion.com) was created and the link was distributed this week.
  • The group had a discussion about the pros and cons of factor analysis and principal components analysis.
  • We had a brief discussion on rotation procedures in factor analysis.
  • Catie Walsh and Tara Hofkens will be presenting their factor analysis projects for next week's meeting on 9/20.
